How to unlock
Story-gated: with the Kanji arc resolved, an automatic scene in early June (6/7; CBR says 6/8) has Mr. Morooka sign you up for the Student Health Association, where you meet Naoki. Then talk to him twice more on school days; the link can begin as early as 6/8. Requires Understanding rank 3. No part-time job needed.
Availability
Monday-Thursday after school (not on rainy days) on the 1st floor of the Practice Building at Yasogami High; on days off he is outside Konishi Liquors in the Shopping District, North.
