What correct answers reward

Answering a class question correctly raises the Knowledge social stat (+1 note). Exception: on the four questions where Ann is called on and you help her (4/25, 6/20, 7/7, 1/11), you gain Charm and Ann (Lovers) confidant points instead of Knowledge. Verified via Steam Community guide + Game8 JP (independent lineages).

Exam placement is determined by Knowledge rank plus number of correct exam answers. Scoring above mid-tier raises Charm on results day, with a bigger Charm boost for top 10 / top of class. Placing in the top 10 or better additionally earns a one-time accessory gift from Sojiro if you talk to him at Leblanc during a limited window after results (roughly one week; results days 5/20, 7/19, 10/24, 12/24): May midterms = Tough Belt (Defense Master), July finals = Dandy Mirror (Counterstrike), October midterms = Leblanc Charm (Null Sleep), December finals = Boss Undies (Endure). Top of class requires very high/max Knowledge AND all exam answers correct (first exam: Knowledge rank 4+; later exams: rank 5). Verified via TheGamer + Game8 JP/wikiwiki JP (item effects match exactly).

Between classes: try the fusion calculator, see the Persona 4 Golden test answers or head back to the Persona 5 Royal hub.
