No Persona 4 Revival demo has been announced.
Not announcedATLUS and SEGA have not announced a downloadable demo, a demo date, or what a demo would contain — on any platform. Nothing has been ruled out either; they have simply never mentioned one. The official announcements tracked on the Persona 4 Revival hub run from the 2025 reveal to the most recent character trailer, and none of them is a demo.
You can still play it in person in 4 days: gamescom 2026 runs August 26–30, 2026 at SEGA booth, Hall 7, Cologne.

None of these was a downloadable demo — each one needed you to be at the venue, with either an event pass or an invitation. They are listed as the record of where the game has been playable, and as the closest thing to a precedent for how ATLUS handles early access to it.

- July 10–12, 2026 · National Exhibition and Convention Center, ShanghaiSEGA brought Persona 4 Revival to its Bilibili World booth in Shanghai, where attendees played a build offering a story section and a dungeon section. A demo would be announced the same way every other Persona 4 Revival beat has been: through ATLUS, SEGA, or a live broadcast.
