Take the Day Care Worker part-time job from the Shopping District bulletin board, available from 5/2 (no social stat requirement per most sources; see conflicts). Work the job twice - the Social Link begins on the second shift.
Availability
Monday, Friday and Saturday daytime (not on rainy days), via the bus stop in the Shopping District, South (the daycare job).
